How It Works

Send us your request: the type of voucher, the amount or experience, the recipient’s name and, if you like, a personal message.
Pay
We reply personally with the payment details – payment is by bank transfer.
Receive
Once your payment arrives, we send you a beautiful PDF voucher to print or forward.
Give
The recipient gets in touch when they’re ready, and we plan the trip together.
Good to Know
Simple and Flexible
- Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The recipient chooses the travel dates.
- Please get in touch at least 8 weeks before your planned trip. Bookings are subject to availability.
- Peak periods are an exception: over Christmas and New Year and during other peak seasons, the voucher either cannot be redeemed or the difference to the seasonal price is payable.
- Value vouchers start from 100 €.
- Vouchers can be used towards any private tour, day trip, transfer or trip planning with El Rakan Tours Morocco. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
